MOJO came highly recommended to the client who wanted to create a visually striking set of extensions on the rear of their 1950’s property, to give them a new master bedroom, and open plan family living space.Once we had spent time with the client and their family we also began to look at other key elements of the home. They both loved simplicity and modernity and wanted to reduce the colour scope in the design.
We extended the ground floor to create a large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge that will flow into the garden. On the first floor the extension will borrow from the existing house form, to give a large and bright master bedroom and ensuite.
The modern extensions stand in contrast to the conservative houses in the area and help bring the client's character into the design.
